Short Biography
Minjee is a mental health clinician offering individual and group counseling to adults and youth. Through evidence-based integrative approaches, she helps clients overcome mental health challenges and/or life adjustments. She focuses on strength and empowerment, qualities that have shown to improve overall mood, life satisfaction, and emotional well-being. She often uses art and music to encourage self-expression and discovery.
Most importantly, she uses multicultural interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. Her goal is to create a safe space for everyone. She looks forward to witnessing your resiliency, strength, and growth!
